The remodelling of a home originally designed by in 1976 by Michael and Patty Hopkins
This house in Bury St Edmonds was originally designed by Michael and Patty Hopkins shortly after they completed their own home.
It was originally conceived as a lightweight steel and glass pavilion which features a series of interconnecting rooms arranged around a glass atrium.
The building has been restored to its original layout while keeping the original glass roof. The sizes of the bedrooms were reduced and a glazed conservatory space created in the centre.
