The reworking of an office in a 19th-century villa
The scheme in a conservation area in Sheffield adds a contemporary extension to an existing Victorian villa.
The existing office building has been reconfigured and part of its 1960s extension demolished creating an open plan ground floor which wraps around a new rear courtyard.
The building is entered through a one-and-a-half storey bronze anodised aluminium portico which faces the street and leads onto a double-height entrance space.
