A three bedroom family home. The interiors have been fully renovated and an extension added to the garden
The existing haphazard arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms to the front of the property is simplified though the use of a chamfered access passage to create a route through to the back of the property and the reconfigured living spaces.
Within the new extension the kitchen island, bespoke dining table and cooker hood with book end mirrors create an infinite linear threshold between inside and outside. An experience that both visually and functionally connects the interior to the garden, breaking down the barrier between inside and outside.
The rear extension is north facing, through the use of bright reflective materials and pale floors the residence feels spacious and bright.
