A temporary reusable building to house the sales and marketing team for their Vimto Gardens development within the Chapel Street regeneration area of Salford
Located on a tight site fronting Chapel Street - a major arterial route into the city - the aim was to maximize the visual impact with Vegas style illuminated signage.
The form of the building is two simple cubes - one clad with a grey cladding panels with the smaller contrasting cube clad in vertical larch timber, oriented to present views through the floor to ceiling glazing towards the development site adjacent.
The building was constructed using an offsite timber fabrication which ensured the tight programme was achieved and provided a panel system that satisfied the clients requirement for the building to be reused on future schemes.
