Twin triangular houses each with their own garden and a shared communal courtyard
The two houses occupy a former joiner’s yard that lies at the heart of a three-sided block of late 19th-century terraces in north London.
Each of the two-storey houses is topped with a monopitch green roof that falls towards the plan’s narrowest points.
Ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged in a compact pinwheel arrangement at the wider end of each plan, with the living space sited on the mezzanine above is spatially continuous with the kitchen and dining area.
