The project has transformed an ordinary run-down three-bedroom bungalow into a splendid contemporary six-bedroom luxury house with a huge living space.

It is kind of like building a new house inside an existing house by creating three new bedrooms and two bathrooms in the loft and a luxury master en-suite bedroom with a spectacular view from its private balcony.

In the ground floor, we opened up the whole living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory area as one grand living space with the double ceiling volume in the side wings – conservatory and kitchen areas with plenty of natural lighting from the rooflights and upper level windows,

The owner and his family of four tried to save money and lived in a 4m x 6m garden shed for nine months in their own back garden through the winter during the construction, which was delayed by material shortages during Covid.

In the end, the owner and I are very happy to see the end result of this wonderful transformation well as for his family to enjoy their new life in this brilliant house.
