13,285m2 of office accommodation over five storeys
Located on a prominent corner plot at Green Park, Reading, and being visible from the M4, the design needed to create a strong visual approach along South Oak Way towards Brook Drive.
The design was developed in close consultation with the proposed occupier - an international pharmaceutical company. An atrium space at the heart of the building gives staff space to gather for product launch presentations and general company announcements. There is a double wing of office space to either side with an upper floor bridge access linking the office spaces.
The central street accommodates the communal facilities of the building including the dining facilities (internal/external terrace), conference suite, training rooms and other cellular spaces with the main open plan office areas above, along with clustered meeting rooms as required.
