Drama Republic
Emil Eve’s remodel for Drama Republic creates a flexible, handcrafted office, balancing functionality with a human-scale design that feels inviting rather than corporate.
Known for TV dramas like One Day and Dr Foster, Drama Republic’s Holborn warehouse was refurbished into a flexible, creative workspace with domestic-inspired design. The office includes solo workstations, collaborative areas, and comfortable meeting rooms with conferencing capacity. Bespoke furniture, coloured glass, and pendant lighting create a relaxed atmosphere, while bright orange ceramic tiles elevate the kitchen. A timber-framed lobby echoes original glass partitions, displaying awards and providing informal meeting space. Handcrafted joinery conceals cables and storage, maintaining a clean aesthetic. A mid-century palette complements sapele joinery and oak flooring. Existing furniture was repurposed to maximise budget efficiency.
