Concrete house with large roof decks at different levels to provide views across the lake
Situated on a sloping site the entrance to the house is on the first floor, which contains the kitchen, dining, living and sitting areas in a open plan arrangement.
A stair from the central space leads down to the ground floor, which contains the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, sauna and walk-in-wardrobe as well as a guest bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom. The upper story contains an office.
The first and second floors open onto large cantilevered balconies that create shade and provide privacy for the interiors. The ground floor opens onto the serene garden with a pool shaded by the balconies above.
The house, including secondary areas such as the garage and the dressing room are finished with high-quality exposed concrete and specified rough, board marked finishes.
