Brick annex to a an extension of a Grade II-listed farmhouse that was completed by the same architect in 2003
The annexe that connects with the west facing aspect of the original extension was added to provide additional living, bedroom and study space.
Constructed using loadbearing natural blue bricks on the outer leaf of the external walls, the addition is connected to the original extension by a fully glazed link.
Although the annex is connected to the existing house on both levels, a second staircase means that there is the potential for the space to become a separate annexe in the future.
