The joint campus for Niddrie Mill and St Francis' Primary Schools
Keith Hunter Download Original
A joint campus for two primary schools with additional gym, dining, library and play spaces
The aim of the project was to create a joint campus for Niddrie Mill and St Francis' Primary Schools, placing this new development at the head of an axis of a masterplan and at the community's heart.
The joint campus is to accommodate a Catholic and Protestant school, with a shared foyer linking the two schools in diverging wings. The wings are united by a drum of internal and external space and allow maximum playground and sport space to the west.
