Central swimming pool with 50 metre pool, diving and spectator facilities
The heart of the leisure centre is the main T-shaped pool, that has an offset diving bay with boards at heights of 1m, 3m, 5m, 7 1/2m and 10m in a hall with seating for 1,174 spectators.
The second hall contains a smaller multi-purpose swimming pool, with 1m, 3m 5m diving boards, and a third pool used for teaching, placed under the main restaurant.
A games deck, that can be used for functions and a stepped balcony provide facilities for spectators overlooking the two smaller pools.
