Refurbishment of two dated 1980s buildings located opposite the Angel Building
The two existing buildings have been retained and connected with a bridge over Angel Mews from second floor level. This bridge and an extension to the back of number 10 has increased the net internal area of office accommodation by 1,000m2, a 25 per cent increase.
Each of the building's entrances have been retained to allow each block to be let independently as separate floors, or as half-floors with shared receptions.
The interiors of the buildings have been refurbished to provide a category A office fit-out, including renewed mechanical and electrical systems, lifts and washroom facilities.
The front facade of the building has been re-clad in white, grey and black charcoal-fired hand-made bricks while the rear of the building retained its 1980s facade.
