Freestanding mixed-use development on a triangular shaped site with 50 private and 22 shared ownership apartments and over 3,000 m2 of retail, restaurant and leisure space
The street façade emphasises the bend in the road by setting back at its centre to create a concave curve, which makes a wider pavement for display and outdoor seating.
The stepped back ziggurated form of the long south and west frontages, that both face green parkland spaces, provides generous terraces to the apartments.
As well as apartments on the upper floors, the building comprises a 24-hour health club, shops, cafés and underground car parking. The roof of the building contains individual roof gardens each with their own swimming pool.
The reflective appearance of the façades is provided by dark bricks, which have been salt glazed during firing to give them a silvery sheen.
