The addition of an guest house to the Roche Court Gallery (designed by the same architect) for visiting artists to stay and display art in a domestic setting
The house is an idealised living environment which is used by visiting artists whose sculpture, paintings and drawings is on show in the main gallery.
Arranged with sleeping quarters at ground level and the large living room/gallery on the first floor, which will be used for the display of sculpture, paintings and drawings. The volume of the room brings light into the space and allows great views out to the new courtyard and the gardens beyond.
Located behind the original listed house in order to create a new courtyard the house provides amenities for visitors to the sculpture park.
