Mixed tenure, affordable housing redevelopment on an urban site in north London Two buildings of six and five storeys with a lower building behind. Facades with brick and void composition and in-situ slab and post structure.

Three urban villas are arranged around a shared space, providing 44 apartments. Each is of varying height and scale of five and six storey's with a lower building behind.

They are connected by their materiality and form, they have a strong tectonic expression of brick and concrete elements, representing the structure and giving a sense of permanence and weight.

A concrete flat slab and column structure is arranged in piers between full height windows, supported on in-situ concrete rails. The brick appears as a monolithic element in a burnt-red colour.
