Independent food hall and events space
The conversion of a former distribution warehouse into a multi-use food hall, bar, event space and pop-up cinema. A series of restaurant units were formed using timber pods with cantilever doors and adapted shipping containers to the buildings perimeter. A large bar was placed in the centre of the building, using the existing gantry bridge to support the main lighting rig and the centre of each food hall houses 300 covers.
