A temporary co-working space for Hackney Council in London’s Hoxton Square
TREExOFFICE has been created by Natalie Jeremijenko in collaboration with artists Shuster + Moseley, architect Tate Harmer and briefing architect Gensler. It has been brought to Hoxton Square by Groundwork London, Artsadmin and Hackney Council as part of the Park Hack project.
The TREExOFFICE was an opportunity to create a new office concept, changing the way we work in the city and prototype ways of enhancing public parks and spaces across the London Borough of Hackney.
Wrapped around a mature London Plane tree the installation can be rented out to fund-raise for environmental regeneration charity Groundwork’s work in Hackney’s parks and open spaces.
The project was completed at the beginning of June to coincide with the London Festival of Architecture and will remain until December 2015.
