Re-modelling of a purpose-built victorian first floor flat including roof dormer extension
The aim of the project was to transform a Victorian purpose-built first floor flat to create an open plan layout, adapted to modern living standards.
The result is a dynamic space with multiple circulation routes that establish a strong relationship with the outside and where all new and existing exterior openings and skylights direct one’s view outwards and upwards
roof conversion allow new living quarters in the unused roof space.
