Hotel on triangular shaped site next to Cardiff Central Station

Designed to terminate the station frontage, the six-storey, 74 bedroom hotel, is situated next to an operational railway line.

The ground floor, which is enclosed with a mixture of full-height glazing and solid walls faced with dark blue/black tiling, contains the hotel's public spaces; reception, bar, lounge and breakfast room. Below this the lower ground floor contains services spaces, six fully accessable rooms and provides access to a small courtyard placed next to the railway arches.

Above this glazed setback a four storey volume sheathed in smooth pale beige limestone contains small 'stylish' rooms double loaded along a corridor with a single core. A full height backlit steel sign aligned along one edge, faces back towards the station

The hotel has no staff or visitor car parking.
