Part refurbishment and extension of a 1950s church to provide a large worship area
The extension provides the church with a 150 person capacity worshiping area, hall, meeting rooms, one new and one refurbished toilet.
The extension, which is formed of two elements, wraps around the existing building and conceals it form the street. A brick clad building with a pitched roof contains the main worshiping space, while the main entrance area and connection between the extension and existing building is enclosed by a flat rendered roof.
The extension is fully accessable for users of impaired mobility.
