Office building as part of the regeneration works to a brewery in Luxembourg City’s old quarter
The building, which is situated next to the river Alzette consists of two floors of office accommodation above a basement car park.
The ground floor accommodates the reception, meeting rooms, archive and WC and shower facilities while the first floor is open plan with a storage wall system.
The flexible office space is broken up with high performance AV (audio visual) meeting pods, clad in dark stained European oak.
The undulating topography of the ceiling is a device to encourage movement through the office space and its wave-like form refers to the river that served the former brewery. The ceiling also integrates the lighting and energy efficient building services.
