Warehouse refurbishment and conversion into business units
Located alongside adjacent to Rainham Station, the 90 metre-long derelict industrial shed has been converted into five standalone business units for start-up businesses. The units have individual service yards, loading bay access and cores.
The units are expressed externally with approximately 13 metre wide strips of vibrant colour. The scheme's north east end, which is close to Rainham marshes features a timber clad ‘wild west’ façade.
The ‘super insulated’ building achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating.
