Conversion, remodelling and significant internal redesign of historic 1930s residential villa in north London
Conversion of the 1930s villa originally designed for Dame Gracie Fields, within the Hampstead conservation area.
The design concept retained the original fascia while carrying out significant reconfiguration of the eccentric original internal plan, opening up cramped spaces, bringing order to larger rooms and rationalising circulation.
