Refurbishment and fit-out to the headquarters office building of Fred Perry Ltd
The architects were asked by Fred Perry Ltd to fit out their new office building. Situated directly opposite Covent Garden Station, the buildings prominent location reflects the growing stature of the brand.
The Design centres around a minimal 'white box' gallery theme to house a single feature element embodying the heritage and aspirations of the brand.
This feature piece is a stand-alone sculptural form which accommodates the reception desk, seating area and external signage. Built from 400 varying sheets of birch-plywood, it spans the length of the reception area and creates a connection between James Street (signage) the visitor (seating) and Fred Perry office (reception desk).
