The building steps up one storey where the maisonettes meet the apartments

Doctor's surgery with residential accommodation on upper floors
The building is similar in height to the adjacent estate. The scale and form of windows derives from the villas and terraced houses in the area. Facades are in brick and lightly over-painted with mineral paint to simulate the aged quality of the brickwork in the surrounding villas.
Two 2-bedroom flats and seven 2-bedroom maisonettes are provided in the floors above the surgery.
The rear elevation is stepped back at first floor level, and the area of ground between the scheme and Healy House is laid out as a wide planted pavement.
